Yes I know you're thinking I've been home for two weeks but I just can't get my sleep back to the right schedule! Working a 6 day Amsterdam the day after I got home from China didn't help. It's 2:25am and I'm wide awake. My alarms are set for 3:20am for work (I have a 6am departure) but there no use in tossing and turning for another hour when I could be blogging!

This weekend was fun, I went to a f/a get-together on Fri night and went out with friends on Saturday night. I even squeezed in a workout yesterday afternoon.

February Update

Hello all, sorry for the lack of updates, I've been very busy this month working and now that my days off are coming up I'm getting a cold!! I've been popping Airborne and drinking lots of water and juice to try and stave it off so we'll see how it works out.

Ryan is on the left coast visiting his family out there. His mom has been walking on crutches for a while because of her knee, so hopefully he can help her out with things that need to be done around her house while he's there. The 29th is his Grandma Brown's 80th birthday, I hope to get the time off to go out there for her party... at least Ryan will be there.

I've just come back from a fun little 2 day to visit my sisters Sara, Lexi, and Ari. It helps that Lexi's little Thomas is sooo cute and that Ari's Jackson is turning into a little man! I got to stay with Sara in her new house and it's really nice. Very warm and homely. I only wish I could have stayed longer but I had to rush back to Boston to sit on reserve. hahahaha. Nothing else really to report. I haven't flown on reserve this month yet... just a trip to Phoenix I picked up on my days off.

I spent New Years Eve in Philadelphia. We got in around noon so my crewmate Joanna and I decided to walk around a little bit. We saw the Liberty Bell, but there was a big crack in it... someone should really fix that. After we walked around a little bit more we headed back to the hotel and had dinner with the rest of the crew. We had an early pick up the next morning so we didn't get to see any fireworks but we sure heard all of the hoopla at midnight!

1. I love Christmas and get swept away in the hustle and bustle

2. I have been kkown to go crazy shopping for loved ones during previously mentioned hustle and bustle.

3. When I was a kid, Christmas was one of the few days of the year I wasn't grounded.

4. My favorite present from Santa was the Optimus Prime Transformer I got when I was 8 or 9.

5. I LOVE EGG NOG which is wierd because of my dairy issues .

6. The Carpenters Christmas Album is the best Christmas album of ALL TIME. Barbara Streisand's is a close second.

7. I love my fake tree and even spray it with Christmas tree spray so it smells real.

8. Patty and John's...nuff said.

9. My dad used to eat all of the candy from our stockings so my sisters and I would have to hide it in our rooms. He would find it there too.

10. Emmet Otter's Jugband Christmas is a holiday staple.

11. I HATE that you can't say "Merry Christmas" to people anymore. "Happy Holidays" just doesn't do it for me.

12. I've been lucky enough to have the best present ever for quite a few years in a row now... a caring husband who loves me through thick and thin (waistlines).

Provincetown

Ryan and I spent the last few days in Provincetown, MA. Its the very tip of Cape Cod. We rented a sweet ride to make the two hour drive down. The first night we were there we saw Varla Jean Merman at the Post Office Cabaret. She was hilarious!! The next morning we went on a whale watching expedition and saw tons of Humpback whales. That night we saw Pam Ann at the Crown and Anchor Inn. She was funny too. A lady in the first row started crying and passed out during the show.. that gave it a little dose of drama. Anyway, it was a great little trip that I certainly enjoyed.

Mini-Golf Course For Sale

On Sunday Ryan, April, Rodrigo, and I drove out to Holliston, MA to go mini-golfing at this cool course I keep driving by when I'm working. It took about 45 minutes to get to and when we got there it was CLOSED FOREVER! It had a for sale sign up and everything.

So we decided to go to Red Robin in Millbury instead. After that we saw Shrek 3.

7 Random Things About Myself

My lovely sis Sara tagged me to list seven random things about myself. I'm pretty sure there's a curse involving my eyes and a swarm of crazed woodpeckers if I don't go ahead and do this so here goes:

1. I love plaid and stripes. Shirts, shorts, linens, pillows, underwear, you name it. If there was a plaid-painted house with a striped front door I'd live in it.

2. I can't watch people eat breakfast cereal. The thought of milk dribbling down someone's chin is disgusting and the sound of teeth clanging against the spoon is like nails on a chalkboard.

3. I love maps, especially antique maps or old airline route maps or subway maps.

4. I like lots of ice in my hot coffee.

5. I peed my pants in the second grade and told the principal a bully had splashed me with water in the bathroom. I don't think he bought it.

6. Little Caesars makes the best breadsticks in the works and it's well worth it to me to drive great distances to enjoy said breadsticks.

7. I grill up a MEAN steak!!

Birthday
We'll my 30th birthday has come and gone and I feel exactly the same as I did when I was 29. Ryan took me to The Federalist for a fantastic dinner and drinks. A magical night I will not soon forget. I just took a luxurious bath in my new super-deep tub. Nothing like a hot soak to relieve the stresses of a long couple of days. We are all moved in to our new condo and things couldn't be better. I'm confident that by the end of the weekend we'll have this place in tip top shape. I can't wait for everybody to come out and see the place... Sean and Michael already have tickets for April. Sara? Moving on up
OK ok ok lots to tell... Ry and I bought an apartment in East Boston and we move in this coming Thursday, so this weekend we're gonna have a good old fashioned packing party! And we're the only two invited! Our housewarming party is on April 22nd, my uncle Michael and my friend Sean will be in town then so what a better time to have a party?...My sis Alexis got married the 9th to Zach, her longtime boyfriend Zach. They got married in Las Vegas and the wedding can be seen here through the miracle of streaming video (enter "Zach Zielinski" for access to the video). The marriage was performed at the little white wedding chapel in the very same spot that Britney Spears got married last year!! Congrats to them both. I wish I could have been there.

Christmas!
Yesterday was Christmas Day and it was a blast! Ryan's mom and sis are here from Portland Oregon. We all woke up at 9 and immediately tore into the presents! I got a super cool countertop radio, a jacket, candy, some books, more candy, etc. Then later in the day we had a huge ham, green bean casserole, scalloped potatoes, salad, and pumpkin pie for supper! Mmmmm I'm still full! Zoe goes home tomorrow. I'm still holding out for a last minute change-of-heart from Ryan's mom but I guess I shouldn't hold my breath. We close on the condo on February 15!!

Where did November Go?
Wow what a whirlwind month! Sara was here last week and cooked a DELICIOUS Thanksgiving feast for us... I'm still full. Than we went shopping like there was no tomorrow for things that Sara needed that North Idaho can't offer (like nice shoes). Looking at the calendar today I can't believe November has passed and December is right around the corner! We're busy getting the house ready for Zoe's arrival a week from today... I feel like an expecting parent waiting for a baby to be delivered!

Sean just left last night from a week here in jolly Olde New Englande. We went to York, Maine and had some delicious lobster, stopped in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and bought some booze, went to Newport, Rhode Island and saw some BIG mansions, and just hung out here in Boston. Now I'm gearing up for my sis Sara's visit this Wednesday (she's coming for Thxgiving and I've suckered her into cooking dinner for 6). Then we're going to shop 'till we drop on Friday!!! Yeah!!

Lazy Sunday
It's 57 degrees out and I'm just about to curl up on the couch with a cup of coffee and pop in a movie. On Friday Ryan and I went to see "Take Me Out", this funny play at the Calderwood Pavilion. We're also busy planning our wedding reception that's set for July 16th in Seattle.

Patriot's Day
Hello fellow patriots!! It's a beautiful marathon Monday here in Boston. This weekend my friend Tim and I drove up to Maine to see the sights on Saturday, than on Sunday Ryan and I went to see Amityville Horror and had a great rest of the day in the sun. There are millions of tourists here for the marathon and all of it's activities. Should make for an interesting week!

Time Flies
ok ok ok I know I havent updated in a while so here goes:Two weekends ago Ryan and I went to Paris to see The Kylie Greatest Hits tour. It was AMAZING!! I'll get pictures up soon. They were even filming it for a DVD. I hope I can be seen on it as the dork in the audience screaming and jumping the whole time.Last weekend Ryan's mom and sis came to visit from Portland, Oregon for Ryan's Birthday! It was great to visit with them. Ryan's mom has really been working out and looks so slim and sexy! His sis also looks good (but when doesn't she?). On Saturday we had Nathan over for Birthday cake and prezzies, Saturday night we all went to Aquitane for a delicious dinner. Sunday we went to see "Phantom Of The Opera" at the newly restored opera house here in Boston. It was soooo good. I loved when the chandelier fell. I had to duck my head just in case.

Birthday
Well my 29th Birthday came and went yesterday. Nathan came over for lunch and presents in the afternoon. We had Ice Cream cake and opened presents. I got some great stuff! That night Nathan took Ryan and I to Aujourd’hui at the Four Seasons for my birthday/our wedding celebration. I wish I could eat like that every day!

Snow Snow Snow
It snowed a couple of inches here yesterday. I looove the snow until it gets brown, than I hate it. Christmas in Portland was fun. Ryan's family came over to his mom's house on Christmas Eve for a delicious Salmon dinner and presents. It was back Boston the next day, got in at 11pm and opened our presents. I got some cool stuff; rollerblades, an MP3 player, PJs, A Kiehl's giftcard, a Video Game, etc etc. It was a great haul.

Oh, Christmas Tree
Ryan and I got a tree today, it smells so good in here!! I love the smell of trees!! I wrapped the first of this years presents yesterday, and didn't do a bad job if I do say so myself! I'm still a little under the weather with a cold, so lots of fluids and relaxation are in the cards for the next few days.

Thanksgiving
Well, with dinner tucked safely under my belt (literally), another Thanksgiving has come and gone without a hitch. Ryan and I had a late dinner here at home with our good friend Kelly. She was sick with a cold but still managed to make the trip from Southern Mass for my delicious feast! This weekend is a bit up in the air, Ryan is gone until tomorrow than my schedule is wide open, although I am picking Nathan up at the airport. He gets back from his weeklong trip to Spokane. Maybe we'll get a Christmas tree on Sunday...

Honeymoon's over!
Just got back from Cabo San Lucas where we did nothing but realx for the whole week. The resort was beautiful and remote. The A/C worked flawlessly, and I enjoyed every minute of it!! Sean is here this week visiting from Seattle, too bad he must have brought the rain with him. Red Sox playoff games are here this weekend vs the Yankees, so it should be crazy!!!

Honeymoon
Our long awaited honeymoon is upon us. We leave Monday for Los Cabos, Mexico for a week of fun in the sun. It's just getting cold here so the heat and sun will be nice, especially west-coast heat (no humidity). Ryan is gone all weekend so it gives me a chance to catch up with my good friend Kelly and to get lots of errands done.

My last regular day at Starbucks was yesterday. I'm looking forward to my new job with anticipation, the job description is so vague I hope I know what I'm getting myself into! I will stay on at Starbucks working one day a month until January, I'll be fully vested into the company's stock program on my anniversary date then call it quits for good. Ryan is on reserve this month, so his schedule is crappy, and Nathan is in NYC for the weekend.

It's September Already?
Where did summer go? The city is flooded with millions of students and their parents making sure the required bean bags and neon beer signs are 'just so' in their little adults' new living spaces. Nathan is settled into his new place awaiting his furniture arriving soon (hopefully) from France. Ryan is on reserve this month and I'm just taking it wasy here.

We just returned from a long weekend in Portland, Oregon with Ryan's mom and sis. They have a new Maltese named Madison that is just so cute. The weather there was HOT HOT HOT. We went to a half of an airshow, ate good food, went shopping, and fixed lots of stuff around Ryan's mom's house. A fun trip to get more connected with my new family.

Heatwave
It's sooo hot here today. 87 and humid. Nathan got here on Friday night and he's been looking for a job and a place to live and a boyfriend (in that order). I've been busy with work and stuff. Ryan is always busy with AA and his scheduling business. This weekend we're going to visit his mom in Tigard, Oregon. She has a Maltese named Madison that I've never met, so I'm very excited to have a playpal while I'm in town.

Weekend
Whew! Another hectic work week behind me and weekend is here! Ryan is here working on schedules and I'm keeping myself busy with the usuals (Nintendo, cleaning, eating, etc.) Sara and Shelby's visit here last weekend was a blast. Good Times
My sister Sara and her good friend Shelby are here for a long weekend. It nice being a tourist in my own town because I still don't know much about Boston. Yesterday we covered Harvard, Fanueil Hall, the Waterfront (sans Tea Party Boat closed for renovations) Newbury Street, The Public Gardens and the commons, and some oooold cemetaries where Samuel Adams and signers of the Declaration of Independance are buried.

I-Needa IKEA
OMG what a Saturday! Nathan is moving here July 16th so Ryan and I thought we would go down to the Long Island IKEA to get a guestroom bed for him to stay on. Well, a bed, a dining room table and 6 chairs, a shelf, and tons of other crap later, the Trailblazer was FULL and our 5 hour drive back to Boston commenced.

Pride weekend
Whoohoo. Another prode weekend has come and gone. Here's a recap: On Saturday morning, Ryan and I met up with 20 or so Starbucks partners and friends to participate in the parade on the Starbucks float! We had a blast, the weather was beautiful, people were going crazy over us (pictures are in the gallery)! Afterwards Ryan, Damon and I went to the rally in the commons and got panic attacks from all the poeple so we headed over to Rock Bottom for Beer and Monte Cristos. After that we caught "The Stepford Wives" and promptly requested a refund, since we saw all the funny parts of the movie for free during TV previews. Sunday rolls around and we just had some errands to run during the day than off to the Boston Gay Mens Chorus' "British Invasion". It was an evening honoring the music of Elton John and Freddie Murcury. It was a good time.

Summer is here!
Ugg it's 90 degrees with 100% humidity here right now. Were on our way to go get Mystic Tans so we look good riding on the Starbucks float this Saturday in the Gay Pride Parade. If this weather keeps up, we'll look more like melting popsicles than debutantes.

Happy Memorial Day

I got back yesterday afternoon from a whirwind trip to Paris. Thanks for a fab party, Nathan. Today it was business as usual than home for some catching up to do via TiVo. Nathan comes on Thursday for a few weeks (or more) depending on his mood. On Memorial Day weekend we're going to Provincetown to see Varla Jean Merman in her new show, "Under The Big Top". Should be hee-larious. Tomorrow I wear my grubbies to work for 'cleaning day'. Lord, help me.

Twilight In Paris
I got to Paris yesterday for a long weekend with Nathan. Tonight he's hosting one of his famous Eurovision Song Contest parties. I'm a Whale Watcher...
Today instead of a boring district meeting my district manager took us all to a whale watcing expedition in Cape Cod Bay! I was really cold and bumpy but the whales and dolphins we saw were so cool. They were so close to us. And the town of Plymouth is so quaint. Saw the rock where the pilgrims SUPPOSEDLY landed at. I say it's a conspiracy worthy of an x-file myself. Tomorrow I start back at the Mass Ave store with Kelly. Hopefully things will be good at work for me now.

'24' is quite possibly the very best television drama OF ALL TIME. If you haven't tuned in Tuesdays @ 9pm on Fox, DO IT!! I feel like I'm gonna have a freakin' heart attack every time it's on! What Would Crystal Do?
At work on Thursday, I fell down a flight of stairs ala Cristal Conners style. Alas, no scantily clad dancers came rushing to my aid. There was no Molly waving me off as the ambulance drove away. There was no Zak to bring me flowers. There was no Nomi to visit and give me a kiss. I still have a wicked bad headache and my neck and back are all twisted up. Other than that I'm OK.

Home again
Ryan and I just returned from an enchanting layover in L.A. Aside from a wicked sunburn it tops my list of places I'd like to live. Santa Monica is beautiful and the weather is gorgeous! We rented bikes at Venice Beach and rode to the Promenade to do some window shopping.

Jetlag
Ugggg I feel like sh*t. It's beautiful outside but I can't enjoy it because of a splitting headache I just can't shake! Last night I did manage to get out and shop a little, spent the Kiehl's giftcard Ryan got me for my b-day on Ultimate Brushless Shave Cream, Superbly Efficient Anti-Perspirant and Deodorant, and All Sport Everyday Shampoo. I also couldn't help but stop by Lush and get some Freeze body wash and "Breeze On A Sea Air" moisturizing toner. Brian took me to Macy's and helped me pick out some shirts and ties for a conference I'm going to next week in Seattle. Man can that boy bargin shop! I spent half what I would have normally spent shopping alone.

Back in the US

Still in Paris and doing lots of relaxing. Last night Nathan and I went to the US Embassy for a champagne meet and greet with some OECD delegates in this neck of the woods for some NATO thing in Brussles. It was a very unique thing to experience, but boring as hell. The building is an old hotel they're restoring. Tomorrow morning Ryan gets here.
15 FEBRUARY 04
I got to Paris Thursday morning and have enjoyed my stay thus far. Friday Nathan dropped me off at home and I napped the afternoon away. When he got home from work we went for a walk through the Marais and ate dinner, followed by a drink at a new bar. Saturday we started the morning off early by picking Nathan's friend Brigette up and taking her to the Airport. She was on her way to see her girlfriend in Washington DC. After that we met up with John and Geuliano at Ikea and got Nathan's place a new uber-cool coffee table and linen closet among 100E of other assorted crap. Than we filled the tires up with air and got back on the road to BSV where we bought a shower corner tention rod organizer, a shower head holder, a new shower curtain, hinges, and some other stuff. We didn't go out last night because we were exhausted from the day. I played the new Metroid until my Immovan said differenty. Today we woke up mid morning and had brunch with Nathan's friend Antwoin. I had a delicious vegetable creme fraiche wrap and fizzy water. We went on a long walk in the afternoon along the canal in Nathan's neighborhood. Than it was home to get ready for "Amnesia", this uber-fun club we went to tonight. Picture walking onto a Miami Vice set of a club in the 80's. It was flawless. We're going back next Sunday with Ryan (He gets here Friday morning). It'll be my 28th Birthday Blowout! Yeah haaaaaaaaaaa! I also hope to meet Nathan's new friend Terry before I leave.
01 FEBRUARY 04
Last Friday night was my dear friend Trisha's 22nd Birthday Party and our mutual friend Damon's home in Somerville. Since I had a flight early the next morning Ryan and I cut out a little early and it sounds like a good thing we did. Damon got sick and the party fizzled. Poor Trisha. I'll have to plan her next one. Saturday through Monday I went to Phoenix to get warm and boy did I. It was just what the doctor ordered. I got promoted at work on Wednesday. I'm now the store manager here. Holiday in Paris is two weeks away. I'm anxious to see Nathan's new apartment. He's been pouring tons of hard work (and money) into it and the results I'm sure will be off the hizzle. Ryan is doing good. He was on reserve last month and we saw a lot of each other.

I start at a new store tomorrow... not sure if I'll end up staying or going back to Boylston yet. The current manager is sick and doesn't know if he'll be back to work. It's been sooooo coooooold here. It finally warmed up to 38 degrees today. I felt like getting my swimmies on and going to the Public Gardens pond!

Happy New Year! Last night Ryan and I checked out some of Boston's New Year's Eve (they call it First Night) festivities of parades, fireworks, and massive ice sculptures. Before midnight we went to Trisha's house for a party and hung out with some cool people. I met a guy there named Dustin who's from Spokane... what a coincidence.
28 DECEMBER 03
Hey all, Happy Holidays from dustindudley.com! Christmas has come and gone now the eve of the new year is upon us. Ryan and I will be out on the town checking out the fireworks and whatever else goes on around here on New Year's Eve. I'm trying to get Trisha and her guy Ryan to come with us, but she has some laaaame party to go to in Somerville. Bring a book. Work has been tough this week. We're understaffed because everyone has gone home for the holidays. We're all pretty beat and on edge, but it's almost over. Boston mayor Thomas Menino came in today and ordered green tea and hot chocolate. For Christmas I got some wicked nice North Face snow boots. I can't wait for the next snow!
14 DECEMBER 03
Last night was a holiday work party in Brighton. We all from Boylston brought our significant others. I've never seen Kelly so happy to see two cocktail shrimp on a skewer before. Ryan left for Portland for 5 days this morning to help his sister. I'm not very happy about it because it keeps him from working here during this busy travel month, but family comes first. It's supposed to snow 6 inches here today.
08 DECEMBER 03
My first New England snow storm has come and gone. All together Boston got about 20 inches in 40 hours. Now that the snow has gone I've decided to posthumously go purchase some snow boots today. A bunch of Ryan's co-workers and I went to Axis last night. It was a good time. It had been a while since my last night on the town.

This update is coming at ya live from my bathroom. I'm doing a glamorous foot masque right now to draw out impurities and leave my feet silky smooth. In the meantime I've got 20 minutes to kill whilst the chemicals melt my foot troubles away. Thanksgiving was great this past week. Ryan and I went to Tigard, OR to his mom and sis's house. I just got done mixing Nathannual 2003. It is FIERCE. If you're one of the lucky on the list, look for your copy in December. Pop Goes 2003 is in pre-production and will also be out in December. Lots of surprises this year! Ryan is in Portland for a week kicking off the grand opening of Merkaba. His sister and mom's wholesale business has finally gone retail! They have a beautiful boutique in Lake Oswego, OR.

I just found out I got an interview for classroom facilitator with Starbucks! I'd be at the training center about three times a month teaching various classes. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

I'm stuck in a funk and can't seem to get out of it. Ever since I went to Idaho at the beginning of October I can't seem to get excited about anything. Work just can't seem to level off. I'm starting to get phone calls when I'm not there which gets me worrying more than I already do. I swear I'm gonna get one of those "hang in there" posters with the kitten hanging there looking desparate. We just got a great new assistant manager named Trisha last week.I just got back from San Francisco where Halloween was fun. Ryan and I just got in from a three-day weekend in Seattle. He helped his mom at a show and I hung out with friends. I'm now looking forward to Halloween in San Francisco!

I planned and executed a secret holiday for Ryan in Montreal. Hotel Wyndham nor Nickels will ever be the same.
Ryan and I just returned from Coeur d'Alene, ID where we spent the last 9 days dealing with my father's death. The service was nice and I got to reconnect with a lot of forgotten faces.
Random updates: Work is great. I broke Ryan's computer (sorry Ryan). Everybody Loves Raymond gets funnier everytime I watch it. We finally got a new, bigger uber-comfortable bed. Zzzzzzzzzzzz...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM! My mom Colleen turns 47 today! Nathan comes for a week-long visit tomorrow. Yesterday I went to Plymouth for a BBQ at my district managers house. Very beautiful and relaxing.

I've been here 4 days and I'm sooooo bored. I can't wait until I start work and meet some people. And to make matters worse, it's wicked hot here and I am sooo not used to the heat. My days are spent indoors with my GameCube and PlayStation2. I had a meeting with my new District Manager and Store Manager this morning. I feel like I'll fit right in. My new mgr mentioned a function at Club Cafe tomorrow night where Starbucks is receiving an honorable mention for their participation in this years' Boston Gay Pride festivities. I might check it out if I can find someone to go with.

Ryan and I had an interesting Fourth Of July. We went to Portland to be with his mom and sister on their boat but I got sick and had to get off. So we went shopping instead. By the time we met up with them several hours later his sister was all sloppy drunk wielding a knife and falling over onto everything. Good times. I'm finally permanently in Boston.

I spent yesterday with Ashley and her new car woes. She ran up on a curb Thursday night and did some damage to her front driveline. Poor girl. She's had nothing but bad luck since she got her new car. Today I went downtown in search of work pants. No luck. Instead got some boxers and a pair of jeans.

Ooooh, Friday the 13th! I'm not sure what I'm gonna do this weekend, just that I need to get my crap together to get this move organized. My last day in the store is July 4th, possibly the 3rd. Ryan and I are supposed to go out on his mom's boat for the 4th. I start work at my new store (location TBD) on July 14th. Ten days off!! We're flirting with the idea of visiting Nathan in Paris (although he doesn't know it yet). The new site is nearly completed. I hope you all will be pleasently surprised.

My first post from Boston. Wow. I'm still about three weeks away from moving permanently, but I had to come for a meeting today with a local Starbucks contact. Sorry for the lack of updates lately, just really busy. Ryan and I had a fantastic time in Cabo San Lucas. The resort was beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking, watching "The Nanny" dubbed over in Spanish was hee-larious. Ryan and I enjoyed his 30th birthday week thoroughly. I wonder where we'll go for my 30th birthday...Work is going great. I'm warming up nicely to all my new co-workers and the 45 minute commute isn't all that bad.

Ryan and I with my uncle Michael and his boyfriend Louis went to the Erasure concert on the 23rd. It was amazing! Those boys still got it! They hit all the big hits... Chains of Love, A Little Respect, Always, Sometimes, Victim Of Love, and Stop! Now I'm gearing up for this weekend in Boston and next week in Cabo San Lucas!!

Whew! What a weekend. Ryan and I had a blast in Phoenix. Here's a recap:Arrive Thursday, flash flooding ensues. Friday morning, family get-together at Aunt Susan's house, on to the marriage, than reception. Afterwards Ryan and I went to a seedy bar for a few drinks.Saturday, my sisters, Ryan and I and Shari went to Scottsdale and did some light shopping, than another dinner at Susan's. That night Lexi, Zach, Ari, Ryan and I all went to a super-cool dance club called Boom and danced and drank the night away. Sunday morning, we left with a hint of a headache and came back to the coooold Pacific NW. Pictures will be up soon!

I just got my Kylie tickets!! She'll be @ Jingle Bell Bash this year with Daniel Beddingfield, Destiny's Child, Avril Levigne, and others. I never thought in a million years I wouldn't have to leave the country to see Kylie, or better yet a 20 minute drive away!

Hey all, sorry for the lack of updates. Much to tell:Spent the last 5 days in Boston visiting Ryan. He got grounded with an inner-ear infection and needed my medicalexpertise. Actually he was really bored and I just happen to have the weekend off. Had an absolute blast. Saturday night we wentto Buzz. We were dancing on the third floor when the music stopped and the fire alarm came on. A little scary since there were easily over a thousand peoplethere, but it turned out to be a false alarm. Sunday night we went to Avalon. One of the best sound systems I've expierenced to date, with unfortunately one of the worst DJ's (don't worry Trent Von, you'll always hold the all-time gutter rating). Still a fun night that ended with a bout of sickness. I still maintain it was food poisoning :-) . School is going well, work is great. Thank you for all of the supportive email.

I spent the weekend developing a positively sinful case of the common cold. I did manage to attend an opening night screening of Roger Avary's "Rules Of Attraction". Worth the ten dollars. Worked Saturday. Slept in and did homework on Sunday.

Ugg. I put my homework off all weekend. My plate is full today, with the exception of a hair cut @ 2pm. If I'm good and get my work done, Ashley said she'd accompany me to cinema tonight. We'll see...

Not much new to report. Friday night Jeremy, Dana, Ashley, and I went to a party in Coal Creek. Afterwards, we we went bar-hopping in Fremont. Dad Watson's bil ol' plate of french fries was just what the doctor ordered! Saturday night I hung out @ Jeremy's for the season premiere of SNL, although I didn't stay for the broadcast. I had to work early the next day. We did invest some quality time with his old school Nintendo Entertainment System. I still can't believe those 8-bit graphics were so hyped back in the 80's. Whew! What a weekend! Friends Dina and Dana had a fantastic 21st birthday party on Saturday night at Belltown's Bada Lounge . In attendance were the entire QFC gang. The day after, Dana vowed to never dip into the spirits again. Suuuuuuuure...Visit the gallery for pictures of this event.

Whew! What a day! Started off with a root canal. For those of you that haven't experienced this procedure, I don't reccommend it. Or at least splurge for some Nitrous Oxide. Slept most of the afternoon. Sean picked me up at 5 and we went and saw my boys play against Texas. I can't decide which was more exciting, witnessing Lou's ejection after he kicked up tons of dirt and tossed first base around twice after a bad call, or winning the game 3-2 in the 10th. What a night. Oh, and Sean got a parking ticket. You can imagine the mood during the car ride home. 15 SEPTEMBER 2002
I just got home from a fun night with my pals Sean, Luke, and Larry. Good times were had by all and the local watering hole, Blu. Hilarity ensued after many rousing turns at a twisted 'challenge' game we came up with. Here's the results:
